The baking skill comes in the Sims 4 Get To Work expansion pack. It’s a fun addition that includes many new recipes for your sims to make. If you want access to all the new recipes, but don’t want to spend the in-game time gaining the skill, then the baking skill cheat is perfect for you and I have laid it all out for you in this post.
How To Enable Cheats
Make the cheat bar appear in the top left hand corner of the screen by pressing:
- Command + Shift + C on PC.
- CTRL + Shift + C on Mac.
- All four triggers on console (i.e., PS4 or Xbox one).
Type in “testingcheats true” and press enter to enable the use of cheats.
Baking Skill Cheat
Input stats.set_skill_level major_baking X into the cheat bar and press enter. Replace X with the desired skill level number.
The cheat bar is not case sensitive, so it doesn’t matter if you use any capital letters in the cheat code or not. It will work either way. Below I have written out the cheat for each level, so that you can just copy and paste the cheat code that you want to use!

Cheat to Unlock All Baking Recipes in the Sims 4
Use the cheat written above to max out the baking skill to level 10 and then you will have access to all of the baking recipes in the game.
If you want to unlock even more recipes in the Sims 4, then I recommend using both the cooking skill cheat and the gourmet cooking skill cheats and max them to level 10 as well!
